Feminist Approaches to Economic Recovery

This panel discussion will explore the value of an intersectional approach to economics for economic recovery in countries around the world dealing with the consequences of a major public health crisis. We hope to highlight the importance of a gendered analysis in economic policy creation and implementation. At the heart of the discussions will be questions of how economic recovery plans can address inequalities exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to a lively and passionate discussion where all participants can share their stories and their own lived experiences.
