The Henry J. Leir Institute invites you to the third conversation of a four-part series dedicated to exploring the intersection of Human Security and Contemplation. In this third conversation, we welcome Joe Loizzo, MD, PhD, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and Columbia-trained Buddhist scholar with over forty years' experience studying the beneficial effects of contemplative practices on healing, learning, and development. Dr. Loizzo is also the Founder and Director of the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science.

Participants are invited to listen and engage in questions about how one determines one's inner course of action before proposing and leading action into the world. This program is open to all who share a sincere interest in self-reflection.
