The Leir Institute is excited to present, in partnership with the Human Security program at Aarhus University in Denmark, a two-part series of workshops on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) and the Ego-to-Eco System framework. The aim of the workshops is co-create and integrate practices to reflect one's own motivation role and biases as agents of Human Security. The idea behind Ego-to-Eco System work and the IDGs is that inner development practice and skills are essential parts of leadership in action for societal change. You will have the opportunity to build a unique set of skills that will help you become more resilient and effective in assisting vulnerable populations. This event consists of an introductory workshop with keynote speakers and discussions between Leir and AU students on the different frameworks.
