For Users (all students, staff, faculty)

  • Dashboard Introduction

    Dashboard Part 1: This video discusses the various menus along the sides and top of your screen (00:00:47), the Announcements Box (00:02:43), the Discussion Forum (00:03:20), Campus Resources (00:03:57), Events/Calendar (00:04:30), Quicklinks (00:04:57), Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (00:05:06), and School Governance & Policies (00:05:25).

  • Creating a Webpage

    Creating a Webpage: This video discusses the various steps involved in creating a Fletcher branded webpage should you find it necessary to add this content to a brand new page instead of a previously existing one. The image of Cabot used in the top banner of the page can be found here. We ask you consult the CPRM team before making any additions.

     

     

  • Creating Events

    Creating an Event: This video is a step by step guide for designated event submission officers to create a new event on the myFletcher calendar. This system will be replacing the Trumba calendar in a few short weeks. There is a wide array of event information and features with this system, and additional trainings will occur for these officers in coming weeks.

  • Syncing your Outlook Calendar

    Scheduling Office Hours Part I: This video is a step by step guide for administrative officers to submit faculty office hours on the myFletcher platform. Part I shows you how to check to make sure you're in the system and how to sync your outlook calendar using your Tufts email address.

    Please note: no one will be able schedule office hours if there is a pre-existing commitment in the Professor's outlook calendar. So, as an example, let's say you block off 2-4 on your outlook and name it "Office Hours", all of a sudden the myfletcher system will show you as unavailable.
